Our six Intermediate Care Facilities (ICF/ID) provide residential services to people with intellectual and physical disabilities.

These homes are located in several communities and support four to eight adults. Direct support professionals and nursing staff provide twenty-four hour care and active treatment by teaching new self-help skills and by helping individuals improve their current skills. The direct support professionals teach skills that help each person function more independently in the community.
