Community Participation Supports (CPS) services allow for individuals to achieve any desired goals in regard to contributing to their community. Our staff work closely alongside individuals to build on interests while incorporating their desired goals. They work with individuals on those goals by taking them into the community and into situations where they can grow and develop.
Community Participation Supports are meant to be tailored to fit the outcomes of the participant. With CPS, a participant’s goal can range from improving socialization skills to seeking employment. Our staff is dedicated to helping the people we serve grow in their community and achieve their desired goals.
