Valley Community Services’ Non-Residential Services assist people in achieving increased independence in a variety of areas, in their home environment and their community. Our services are available to any person who is eligible for IDD services and resides independently, with family, or in certain circumstances, a residential placement.
VCS offers a variety of Non-Residential services spanning 11 Central and Western Pennsylvania counties. Individuals that reside in more rural areas are able to access the services we aim to provide.
