The SNAP Award is awarded once every quarter to a staff member that goes above and beyond their expected duties. For the first quarter of 2019, the award was given to Jennifer Drag.
Drag has been working for VCS for almost five years and serves as a Direct Support Professional. She works full-time in the Bechman house.
Drag was nominated by her supervisor, Patricia Hails. Hails said that Drag “always goes the extra mile and keeps smiling” for the individuals.
Along with receiving the award, Drag was also awarded a gift card. Drag said she appreciates how VCS uses time and resources to reward their employees for their accomplishments.
