Having some virtual fun

Despite all the restrictions we face, the Northwest region has gotten creative in provide engaging, virtual activities for the individuals!

Program Managers in the Northwest region have been collectively working to bring their individuals an array of fun, virtual events. There have been countless Christmas- themed events throughout December, and the event schedule will continue through January.

There has been plenty to do in the Northwest region and some of the activities include assorted crafts, cookie decorating, an ugly Christmas sweater competition, and a live puppet show! Additionally, some individuals went to the local drive-in to watch a showing of The Polar Express.

In January, the Northwest region will be holding a scavenger hunt, more crafts, and a few virtual parties.

Program Manager Sandy Bury says that the events are “a success and the individuals that participate seem to have a lot of fun.”
