The SNAP Award is awarded once every quarter to a staff member that goes above and beyond their expected duties. For the fourth quarter of 2021, the SNAP Award was awarded to Janet Lominski.
Janet began working at Valley Community Services in January 2018. She serves as a Direct Support Professional at the Remil CLA facility.
Janet was nominated for this award by her Program Manager, Hope Selfridge. Hope says that Janet always goes above and beyond to help out the people we support as well as her fellow staff members. Hope specifically mentioned Janet spending time baking special goodies for the individuals in the home, and these special efforts are just one reason why she deserves this award!
Along with receiving the award, Janet was also awarded a gift card.
